I think this website is very informative and will promote the idea of males working in ECE, as well as the many benefits of it.

Definitely gets the message across, and the video at the end adds a nice touch.

There are two great things about this site that I like. One is that you are examples of students having a voice and being advocates. you are demonstrating that you don't have to wait until you are in the field or obtain a certain number of years of experience for your opinion to matter and make a difference.

The other is that you are actively proving that women can be just as vital in promoting the merits of men working with young children as men are. In fact I would argue that is probably more important for women to be involved. With the vast majority of the Early Years workforce being female it would be naïve to think they don't have a part to play in increasing the percentage of male EC professionals. With so many women out there in the EC community it makes sense for women to be on board and using their voice to spread the good word.
